RETURN POLICY
At DFO, we take pride in delivering premium streetwear and swimwear designed with confidence, quality, and individuality in mind. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items may be eligible for return if:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are included
- The item is free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and limited-release reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear without original hygiene liners
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition or custom items
DFO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
REFUND POLICY
APPROVED REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned with missing packaging or tags
- Minor signs of wear
- Returns sent outside the eligible return window
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.
EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing (subject to availability)
- Defective merchandise
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by DFO.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- There was a verified fulfillment issue
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. DFO is not responsible for lost return packages.
CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION
To protect our brand and customers from fraudulent activity:
- DFO reserves the right to deny refunds for suspicious claims
- Excessive refund requests may be flagged
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communication records
Unauthorized or abusive claims may result in future purchase restrictions.
